USS Pennsylvania
I still have Brian Dunmire's Pennsylvania kit. I'm out of contact with him, but his desire was someone in the club build out the Pennsylvania. If someone is interested please let me know. I will continue to try to contact Brian. Here's what's in the box:
1 Pennsylvania fiberglass hull
1 Hitech prism7 radio, receiver, charger, manual and battery pack
1 big resistor
1 bag miscellaneous Clippard parts
Turrets and pieces of superstructure kit
1 pump
5 servos
1 sail winch servo
1 tangle clippard hoses and fittings
2 motors
2 props
1 rudder
2 sets dogbones
1 rotating 7/32" triple terminator
2 1/4" triple cannons on mount - should be able to fire 7/32", as I recall.

Re: USS Pennsylvania
USS Arizona (sister ship) is somewhere on my wish-to-build list... but my plate is currently full with completing the Mo refit and the Seydlitz rebuild. While interested, I doubt I could sell the build to the homefront-six.
Re: USS Pennsylvania
I seem to be in the same boat as Charles.
BB-39 is on my yet to build list.
I do not seem to have enough time to devote to the Bis/Tirp builds that I have going on right now.
Is the current problem storage space?
I may be able to help out in that way until there is someone who want to do the Mighty Penn.
Re: USS Pennsylvania
Thank you, Tom. I can always use more space, but it's more that the Pennsy deserves to be built rather than just sitting in my shed collecting dust.

Re: USS Pennsylvania
I Agree.
Just wish we had some one who would want to build her.
Re: USS Pennsylvania
When I come closer to building BB-39, I would like to borrow the Penn's hull to make a plug...
Charles, where you planning on a wood or fiberglass hull for your BB-39?
Re: USS Pennsylvania
I hadn't gotten as far as that yet. My planned list was essentially Seydlitz, Arizona, Enterprise. Probalby do all of them in wood, but no final call on that. Arizona and Mo bookend the war, and Enterprise fought in virtually every battle of the war, so that's my rationale for those three; Seydlitz represents me getting into some more obscure ships.
Re: USS Pennsylvania
USS Pennsylvania is still waiting for a builder....

Re: USS Pennsylvania
Mark, please give me a call about Pennsylvania some time. I have a few questions.
Re: USS Pennsylvania
I found a builder: my friend Mark Stephens expressed interest a few months ago in helping me with Indiana, so I finally put the puzzle together and offered that we build the two battleships concurrently. Mark has a friendlier building environment than I (his garage is clean) and we should be able to make progress. More later....
